Milk thistle Whole seeds
Description: Also grown in Poland milk thistle (Silybum marianum) visually resembles thistle. Characterized by large leaves in dark green color with white, marble-like pattern. From milk thistle are acquired seeds of light or dark brown color.
Usage: 1 spoon of previously minced milk thistle seeds pour with a glass of water and cook under lid for up to 10 minutes. After that set it aside for 15 minutes and strain. The resulted brew drink in 3 portions, within 1 day. Half of spoon of minced seeds can be added to salads, muesli or pastries.
