Ground Spelt grass

Description: Diet supplement. Powdered spelt grass is obtained from fresh leaves that are collected before the blades of spelt grass rise. Those blades are then dried in small temperatures (up to 40°C) and afterwards are finely ground to receive a powder.

Usage: 1-2 teaspoons of powder mix in 200mls of chilled water or juice. It is recommended to drink half an hour before eating. It is recommended to drink up to 2 glasses per day. The product can not be used by people who are allergic to any of its ingredients.
