Lapacho – cut bark

Description: Lapacho is an inner part of the bark of a tree Tabebuia Impetiginosa and related species that originate from areas of South America. The lapacho is often named the “tea of the Incas”.

Usage: To prepare the tea, pour 1 teaspoon of lapacho bark with a cup of water and cook it for 5-15 minutes, then set it aside for 15 minutes. After this time, drain it off and drink the brew.

Recommended daily intake: 2-4 cups of tea per day.
