Damiana – cut leaf

Description: Plant native to Mexico from which a brew is obtained. It owes its name to its patron – St. Damian. The first mention of damiana leaves appeared in the Middle Ages. It is advisable to filter the brew prior consuming it and sweeten it with honey.

Usage: 2 teaspoons of the herb pour with hot water. Put aside for 3 minutes and after that time – drain off the brew and consume it.
